We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic HR support across various business functions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to management, assisting with employee-related matters such as recruitment, promotions, career development, and identifying HR needs for stakeholders while implementing improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation to managers on employee-related issues, including recruitment, promotions, career development, and identifying HR needs for stakeholders.
- Identify recruitment needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Organize career progression panels and collaborate with management on career advancement decisions.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, introducing them to company culture, values, work conditions, and organizational policies.
- Identify training needs for employees and design tailored training programs.
- Guide individuals in creating their Individual Development Plans (IDP).
- Hold feedback sessions with team members to support their development and achieve goals.
- Evaluate employee performance, recognize high performers, and conduct Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) sessions to improve performance.
- Design and implement programs to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty (Happy-ness Plans).
- Identify reasons for employee turnover and propose solutions for improvement.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members to discuss concerns, needs, and take actions to improve overall employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and hold disciplinary committee meetings as necessary.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR data and ensure its accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports on the status of employee matters and present them to management.
- Analyze HR data and provide strategic recommendations to enhance HR processes.
- Conduct job analysis, update job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Regularly update and propose changes to the organizational chart.
- Design and develop clear career paths for employees.
- Optimize HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, employee development, and HR consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Experience in implementing and managing employee satisfaction programs.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
