شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به متدلوژی مدیریت پروژه‌های چابک در سازمان‌های نرم‌افزاری و تکنیک‌های توسعه مدرن Agile و توانمند در چابک‌سازی سازمان.
• مسلط به مفاهیم و متدلوژی Scrum، پیاده‌سازی آن و نقش Scrum Master.
• مسلط به (JIRA).
• توانایی شناسایی موانع و مشکلات بازدارنده پیش روی تیم توسعه محصول و ارجاع مشکلات به مدیران.
• توانایی برگزاری و مدیریت مرتب جلسات اسکرام مانند Retro ،Demo ،Planning ،Daily.
• مسلط به اصول و روش‌های برنامه‌ریزی پروژه‌ها، گزارش‌نویسی و پی‌گیری فعالیت‌های آن
• توانایی کمک به تیم اسکرام برای رسیدن به DOD و رعایت تمام زمانبندی های فرآیند.
• مسلط به مستندسازی و تهیه و تدوین گزارش‌های مدیریتی.
• مسلط به اصول و روش‌های اندازه‌گیری عملکرد پروژه، با استفاده از سیستم‌های مناسب.

داشتن این توانایی‌ها مزیت محسوب می‌شود:

Proficient in (JIRA)
Identifying obstacles and hindering problems facing the product development team and referring problems to managers.
and regular meeting management Scrum such as Retro, Demo, Planning, Daily and...
Mastering the principles and methods of project planning, writing reports and following up its activities
Helping the Scrum team to reach the DOD and comply with all schedules process.
Mastery in documenting and preparing management reports
Mastery in the principles and methods of project performance measurement, using appropriate systems
Having these abilities is considered an advantage.
