رئیس توسعه پلتفرم تجارت الکترونیک | E-commerce Platform Development Manager

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی توسعه پلتفرم در راستای اهداف تجاری و فنی شرکت
• برنامه‌ریزی و هدایت پروژه‌های توسعه نرم‌افزار و زیرساخت‌های فناوری
• مدیریت و پایش عملکرد تیم‌های فنی، محصول و عملیات دیجیتال
• تضمین کیفیت، امنیت و پایداری سرویس‌های آنلاین پلتفرم
• همکاری با واحدهای مختلف برای بهبود فرآیندها و ارتقای تجربه مشتری
• مدیریت پیمانکاران و تأمین‌کنندگان فناوری اطلاعات
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و مدیریتی به مدیران ارشد

شرایط احراز:
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در مهندسی کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات یا رشته‌های مرتبط
• حداقل 2 سال سابقه در توسعه پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال و مدیریت تیم‌های فنی یا محصول
• آشنایی با سامانه‌های تجارت الکترونیک، پرداخت، لجستیک و APIهای یکپارچه
• تسلط به مدیریت پروژه‌های چابک (Agile) و تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده

• Develop and execute the platform development strategy aligned with business and technology objectives
• Plan and manage software development projects and technical infrastructure
• Lead and monitor the performance of technical, product, and digital operations teams
• Ensure the quality, security, and stability of the platform’s online services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
• Manage technology vendors and contractors
• Provide analytical and performance reports to senior management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital platform development and management of technical or product teams
• Familiarity with e-commerce systems, payment solutions, logistics, and integrated APIs
• Proficiency in agile project management and data-driven decision making
