Group EPMO Advisor/Manager

Job Description

 
1.     Project Enablement & Support

•       Provide hands-on enablement and advisory support to group-level initiatives and HQ-led projects.
•      Support project leads in structuring scope, milestones, roles, and execution approaches.
•      Act as a sparring partner for project owners on execution challenges and design choices.
•      Ensure projects are set up for success through clarity of objectives, roles, and ways of working.

2.     Methodology, Frameworks & Standards

•      Develop, adapt, and maintain project management methodologies, frameworks, and toolkits suitable for group-level initiatives.
•      Ensure consistent application of standards across HQ and divisions, while allowing flexibility based on maturity and context.
•     Translate best practices into practical, usable templates and playbooks.
•      Continuously refine frameworks based on lessons learned from ongoing initiatives.

3.     Capability Building & Empowerment

•       Support the empowerment of project leaders and teams through coaching, guidance, and structured learning.
•       Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives related to project execution and ways of working.
•       Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning from projects across HQ and divisions.
•      Work with relevant stakeholders to embed project practices into daily operations

4.     Alignment & Visibility (Enablement-Level)

•       Support alignment of group initiatives with strategic priorities, without owning strategic planning or portfolio decisions.
•       Contribute to improving visibility of project progress, dependencies, and risks through structured inputs and reporting formats.

5.      Collaboration & Interface Management

•     Act as a bridge between HQ functions, divisions, and relevant governance bodies on project enablement topics.
•       Collaborate closely with Strategy, VMO, Transformation Office, and Divisional PMOs to ensure coherence and non-duplication.

Requirements

•        Master’s in Management, Business, Strategy, or Industrial Engineering.
•        7–10 years in PMO, governance, consulting or strategy (pharma/FMCG experience preferred).
•       Experience working in HQ, group-level, or multi-entity organizations.
•        Exposure to PMO, EPMO, or Transformation Office environments preferred.
•        Consulting or internal transformation experience is an advantage.
•       Communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational awareness.
•        Strategic thinking, systems thinking, stakeholder influence, accountability, change enablement.
•       Strong understanding of project execution and operating models in complex organizations.
•       Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical frameworks and tools.
•       Systems thinking and ability to work across ambiguity.
•        Influencing and advisory skills without formal authority.
•       Strong communication and facilitation skills.
•       Fluent in English and Persian.
