• کارشناسی ارشد با کیفیت:

- فعالیت هایی را برای دستیابی به انطباق با ارائه خدمات به سیستم ایمنی و سایر دستورالعمل های مربوط به سیستم ایمنی و سایر دستورالعمل ها و سایر موارد مرتبط با آن ارائه می دهد. ذینفعان در کارخانه.
• حسابرسی و تأیید کیفیت:
- انجام حسابرسی و تأیید پیروی و اجرای مؤثر PRP و سایر عناصر ایمنی مواد غذایی در کارخانه با توجه به نیازهای سایت و برنامه های ایمنی مواد غذایی طراحی شده. پشتیبانی ، برنامه

- عضو تیم در بخش کیفیت بازار ، PTC/R&D ، مرکز ، NRC ، NQACS
• تجربه در اجرای موفقیت آمیز برنامه های تضمین کیفیت:

- بخشی از تلاش های تغییر


- شرکت در تیم های حسابرسی و/و/یا بهسازی. همسالان ، در بازارها یا کارخانه ها

POSITION: Factory Hygienist
DIVISION: QA
LOCATION: Qazvin, Iran
REPORTS TO: Factory QA Manager

Position Intro
At our very core, we are a human environment – passionate people driven by the purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. You are supposed to support the factory in the effective and efficient implementation of essential PRPs and other specific food safety requirements as needed, including training and coaching of stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities
• People Development:
- Promote quality and food safety awareness across the factory;
- Contribute to competence development of other quality specialists and quality technicians in the factory.
• System design:
Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to food safety (HACCP) and hygiene (PRPs).
• Quality mastership:
- Supports factory to effectively and efficiently implement and sustain the required PRPs to achieve zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses);
- Have the curiosity and inquisitiveness to know different aspects of the operations in the factory to enable the deployment of resources to facilitate effective implementation of PRPs;
- Understand the weakness and threat to the effectiveness of PRP and other related food safety elements in factory, and take initiatives to address them; Escalate issues when appropriate to factory management team;
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Food Safety Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards;
- Take an active role in the management of change that impact on food safety and hygiene at the shop floor;
- Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.
- Supports IPM practices and initiatives align with Nestlé standards
- Drive and leads hygiene part of WPS (work place solution) at factory level
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Food Safety Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Deliver training on applicable PRPs to relevant stakeholders in the factory.
• Quality auditing and verification:
- Conduct audits and verifications of the compliance and effective implementation of PRP and any other food safety elements in factory according to the needs of the site and the designed food safety programs.
Key Requirements
• Academic Experience: University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related)
• Operational Experience: Demonstrated competence in their specific field to support business requirements:
- Team member in a factory: Quality, Production Support, Application
Group, or,
- Team member in the quality department of the Market, PTC/R&D,
Centre, NRC, NQACs
• Business Experience: Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs:
- Participating in project teams
- Leading part of a change effort
- Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more
senior staff members
- Establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories
Core knowledge of the 10 Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and special knowledge in business principle 2 "Quality assurance and product safety".
