شرح وظایف:
• پیش بینی نیاز مواد اولیه و برنامهریزی موجودی جهت جلوگیری از کمبود یا مازاد
• مدیریت فرآیند تأمین مواد اولیه دارویی و هماهنگی با تأمینکنندگان داخلی و خارجی
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه های برنامه ریزی تولید با توجه به ظرفیت خطوط، سفارشات و موجودی مواد اولیه
• کنترل فرآیندهای لجستیک، انبارش و حمل و نقل برای محصولات و مواد اولیه
• پایش عملکرد تامین کنندگان و ارزیابی کیفیت تحویل، قیمت و زمان بندی
• مدیریت ریسک های زنجیره تأمین و برنامه ریزی جایگزین جهت کاهش توقفات
• تحلیل داده های تولید و فروش برای بهینه سازی برنامهریزی و کاهش هزینه ها
• همکاری با واحد تولید جهت اطمینان از تحقق برنامه ها و رفع گلوگاه ها
• ارائه گزارش های دورهای به مدیریت شامل وضعیت موجودی، تولید و عملکرد تامین
شرایط احراز:
• مدرک تحصیلی مرتبط (مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت و…)
• تجربه قابل قبول در برنامه ریزی تولید و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین ترجیحاً در صنعت داروسازی
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای بازرگانی، خرید و واردات مواد اولیه دارویی
• توانایی تحلیل داده، برنامهریزی و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود
• آشنایی با استانداردهای GMP و قوانین مرتبط صنعت دارو
• توانایی بالا در مذاکره، ارتباطات موثر و مدیریت زمان
• مهارت در کار تیمی، مسئولیت پذیری و حل مسئله
Description of duties:
• Forecasting the need for raw materials and inventory planning to avoid shortages or surpluses
• Managing the supply process of pharmaceutical raw materials and coordination with domestic and foreign suppliers
• Design and implementation of production planning programs according to the capacity of lines, orders and inventory of raw materials
• Controlling logistics processes, storage and transportation for products and raw materials
• Monitoring supplier performance and evaluating delivery quality, price and timing
• Supply chain risk management and alternative planning to reduce downtime
• Analyzing production and sales data to optimize planning and reduce costs
• Cooperation with the production unit to ensure the fulfillment of plans and to eliminate bottlenecks
• Provide periodic reports to management including inventory status, production and supply performance
Qualifying conditions:
• Relevant degree (industrial engineering, management, etc.)
• Acceptable experience in production planning and supply chain management preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with commercial processes, purchase and import of pharmaceutical raw materials
• Ability to analyze data, plan and provide improvement solutions
• Familiarity with GMP standards and related laws of the pharmaceutical industry
• High ability in negotiation, effective communication and time management
• Skill in teamwork, responsibility and problem solving
