گروه صنعتی همتاز موتور به دنبال یک مدیر مالی حرفه‌ای با حداقل پانزده سال سابقه مفید و مرتبط در حوزه مالی، با تمرکز بر صنایع تولیدی و صنعتی و درک عمیق از نیازهای مالی این صنایع است. این نقش نیازمند مدیری با توانایی‌های اثبات‌شده در زمینه‌های حسابداری و مدیریت مالی است که بتواند استراتژی‌های مالی مؤثر را توسعه و اجرا کند و به تیم ما در تهران بپیوندد.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیندهای تحلیل هزینه‌های تولید و توانایی ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی مالی و بودجه‌ریزی به‌ویژه برای پروژه‌های تولیدی و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های بزرگ.
• توانایی ارزیابی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی و ایجاد استراتژی‌های کاهش ریسک.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و مالی و ابزارهای تحلیلی مناسب برای صنایع تولیدی.
• توانایی استفاده از داده‌های عملیاتی برای تجزیه و تحلیل مالی و پیش‌بینی عملکرد مالی.
• توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های مالی و ارتباط مؤثر با دیگر بخش‌ها (تولید، تأمین، فروش و غیره).
• مسلط به محاسبه بهای تمام شده و تجزیه و تحلیل بهای تمام شده و حسابداری صنعتی و فروش.
• توانایی تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه به مدیریت و هیئت مدیره.
• توانایی طراحی ساختار مالی به لحاظ نیروی انسانی متناسب با حجم کار و نوع وظایف.

Hamtaz Motor Industrial Group is looking for a professional financial manager with at least 15 years of useful and relevant experience in the financial field, with a focus on manufacturing and industrial industries and a deep understanding of the financial needs of these industries. This role requires a manager with proven abilities in the fields of accounting and financial management who can develop and implement effective financial strategies and join our team in Tehran.
Qualifying conditions:
 Mastering the processes of analysis of production costs and the ability to provide solutions to optimize costs
 Financial planning and budgeting ability, especially for production projects and large investments
 Assessing and managing financial risks and creating risk reduction strategies
 Mastery of accounting and financial software and analytical tools suitable for manufacturing industries
 Ability to use operational data for financial analysis and financial performance forecasting
 Ability to lead and manage financial teams and communicate effectively with other departments (production, supply, sales, etc.)
 Proficient in cost calculation and cost analysis and industrial and sales accounting
 Ensuring compliance with tax laws and legal bills and accounting standards
 Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to management and the board of directors
 Ability to design financial structure in terms of manpower according to workload and type of tasks
