ایران رول بیش از 65 سال است که در صنعت چاپ و بسته‌بندی فعالیت می‌کند و در حال حاضر به دنبال یک مدیر اجرایی برای رهبری واحد مهندسی، تولید و بهره‌برداری در قزوین است.

شرح شغل:

• رهبری و مدیریت کلیه فعالیت‌های تولیدی و بهره‌برداری شرکت.
• توسعه و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های موثر جهت بهبود فرآیندهای تولید.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح پروژه‌های مهندسی و برنامه‌ریزی تولید.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهینه‌سازی منابع و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• حفظ استانداردهای کیفی و ایمنی بالا در تمامی بخش‌های تولید.
• گزارش‌دهی منظم به هیأت مدیره و پیشنهاد راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک مهندسی در رشته صنایع غذایی.
• تجربه کار در سمت‌های مدیریتی مرتبط با تولید و بهره‌برداری.
• توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های چند‌گانه.
• آشنایی کامل با فرآیندها و تکنولوژی‌های مدرن تولید.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تصمیم‌گیری قوی.
• بیش از ده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.

Responsibilities:
BR>- Leadership and Management of All Production and Operations of Company
- Developing and Implementing effective strategies to improve production processes
- Monitoring Correct Implementation of Engineering and Planning Production Planning- Cooperation with Internal teams to optimize Resources and Costs Reduce
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards in all sectors of production
- Regular reporting to the board and proposing innovative solutions

Competences:
- Food Industry Engineering Degree
- Working Experience in Management Production and Operations
- The ability to lead and manage multiple teams
- Full familiarity with modern processes and technologies
- Skills Communication and Strong decision
