کارشناس بازرگانی (Commercial Specialist)
شرکت بازرگانی فعال در حوزه واردات و صادرات مواد غذایی و محصولات کشاورزی، در راستای توسعه تیم بازرگانی خود، از افراد باهوش، دقیق و مستعد رشد برای موقعیت «کارشناس بازرگانی» دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.
شرح موقعیت
ما به دنبال فردی هستیم که علاوه بر آشنایی با فرآیندهای بازرگانی خارجی، از توان تحلیل بالا، مهارت کار با داده‌ها و انگیزه پیشرفت حرفه‌ای برخوردار باشد و بتواند در یک محیط پویا و در حال توسعه، نقش مؤثر و مسئولانه‌ای ایفا کند.
شرایط احراز:
آشنایی با فرآیندهای واردات (از دریافت Proforma Invoice تا ثبت سفارش، حمل و ترخیص کالا)
آشنایی با سامانه جامع تجارت و مراحل ثبت سفارش و اخذ مجوزها
آشنایی با مکاتبات بازرگانی بین‌المللی و قراردادهای خارجی (LC، TT و ...)
آشنایی با فرآیند حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و امور گمرکی
تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (مکاتبه و مکالمه حرفه‌ای)
مهارت‌های نرم‌افزاری (بسیار مهم):
تسلط کامل به Microsoft Office به‌ویژه Excel (فرمول‌ها، گزارش‌گیری و تحلیل داده‌ها)
تسلط به Word و توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های رسمی و دقیق
آشنایی با مهارت‌های ICDL
آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای گرافیکی مانند Photoshop مزیت محسوب می‌شود

مزیت محسوب می‌شود:
سابقه کار در حوزه مواد غذایی یا کالاهای مصرفی (FMCG)
تجربه کار در شرکت‌های بازرگانی فعال در واردات
آشنایی با بازارهای هدف صادراتی (GCC، آسیای میانه، روسیه و ...)
آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای ERP یا سیستم‌های مدیریت فرآیند

Commercial Specialist
A trading company active in the import and export of food and agricultural products is seeking smart, detail-oriented, and growth-driven individuals to join its expanding commercial team as a Commercial Specialist.
Position Overview
We are looking for a candidate who, in addition to being familiar with international trade processes, demonstrates strong analytical skills, proficiency in working with data, and a clear motivation for professional growth. The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of responsibilities and contribute effectively within a dynamic and growing organization.
Requirements:
Familiarity with import procedures (from receiving the Proforma Invoice to order registration, shipment, and customs clearance)
Knowledge of Iran’s Trade Single Window (NTSW) and order registration procedures
Familiarity with international commercial correspondence and foreign trade contracts (LC, TT, etc.)
Understanding of international shipping and customs processes
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Software Skills (Very Important):
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, reporting, and data analysis)
Proficiency in Word and the preparation of formal reports
Familiarity with ICDL skills
Familiarity with graphic software such as Photoshop is considered an advantage
Personal Competencies:
Strong analytical thinking and fast learning ability
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases or tasks simultaneously
Strong sense of responsibility and professional commitment
Interest in long-term career development
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector
Previous experience in import-focused trading companies
Familiarity with export target markets (GCC, Central Asia, Russia, etc.)
Experience working with ERP systems or business process management software
