شاغل این شغل وظیفهی اجرای ماموریت حسابرسی داخلی در حوزه مالی (واحدهای مالی، خرید و پشتیبانی تدارکاتی) بر اساس بودجه زمانی و انسانی شرکت ارتباطات سیار ایران را برعهده دارد. هدف غایی این شغل شناسایی انواع ریسک ها و کنترل های مهار کننده عوامل ریسک است.
شرح وظایف:
اجرا ازمون های رعایت محتوا در حوزه مالی به منظور بررسی تحلیلی کشف شواهد
ارزیابی مجدد کنترل های داخلی حوزه مالی به منظور طراحی ازمونهای اضافی
بررسی ریسکها و نواقص شناسایی شده توسط کارشناس واحد مالی به منظور ارائه توصیه عملیاتی برای کنترل انها
شرکت در جلسات با مدیران و روسای واحدها به منظور بحث در مورد توصیه های حسابرسی
شناسایی کنترل های مهار کننده عوامل ریسک واحد مالی به منظور کشف راهکارهای رفع این موانع
نظارت برانجام مناسب برنامه های عملیاتی تدوین شده در واحد مالی به منظور تطابق با منشور حسابرسی داخلی
بررسی و ارزیابی کلیه فرایندها و دستورالعملهای حوزه مالی شرکت ارتباطات سیار ایران
The employee of this job is responsible for the implementation of the internal audit mission in the financial field (financial units, purchasing and procurement support) based on the time and human budget of Iran Mobile Communications Company. The ultimate goal of this job is to identify the types of risks and controls that inhibit risk factors.
Description of duties:
Execution of content compliance tests in the financial field in order to analyze the evidence discovery
Re-evaluate the internal controls of the financial field in order to design additional tests
Review the risks and deficiencies identified by the financial unit expert in order to provide operational recommendations to control them
Participate in meetings with managers and heads of units in order to discuss the recommendations Auditing
Identifying the controls that restrain the risk factors of the financial unit in order to discover solutions to remove these obstacles
Monitoring the proper implementation of operational plans formulated in the financial unit in order to comply with the internal audit charter
Reviewing and evaluating all processes and instructions in the financial area of Iran Mobile Communications Company
