- تهیه گزارش‌های فروش.
- تعیین اهداف ماهیانه و سالیانه.
- ارزیابی عملکرد نفرات بازاریابی و فروش با توجه به اهداف.
شرایط احراز:
- توان تشکیل و مدیریت تیم بازاریابی و فروش.
- سابقه کار در شرکت‌های بهداشتی و دارویی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
- مسئولیت‌پذیر و دارای فن بیان.
- آشنایی کامل با فرآیند بازاریابی و فروش محصولات تخصصی پوست و مو.
- توانایی حفظ و توسعه بازار.
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی.
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مدیریت یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
- مسلط به ورد، اکسل و اوت‌لوک.
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی (خواندن و نوشتن).
- مسلط به CRM.
- روحیه کار تیمی و توان تیم‌سازی.
- با انگیزه و پرتلاش.
- حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریتی در حوزه مرتبط.
- گذراندن دوره‌های آموزشی فروش مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

- مسلط به اصول و برنامه‌های مرچندایزینگ.
- توانایی کنترل بودجه بازاریابی و تخصیص بهینه بودجه به پروژه‌ها.
- آشنا با E-Commerce و بازاریابی در فضای مجازی و فروش آنلاین.
The ability to form and manage the marketing and sales team
Work experience in health and pharmaceutical companies is an advantage.
Responsible and articulate
Full familiarity with the process of marketing and selling specialized skin and hair products
Preparation of sales reports
Setting monthly and yearly goals
Evaluating the performance of marketing and sales people according to the goals
The ability to maintain and develop the market
At least a bachelor's degree
Master's degree in business and MBA is an advantage
Mastering the general computer skills of Word, Excel, Outlook
Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
Mastery of CRM
Having teamwork spirit and team building ability
Motivated and hardworking
Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
Completing sales training courses is an advantage
The ability to manage and plan the professional sales and marketing team
Ability to formulate a marketing plan
Complete mastery and experience in marketing plan implementation
Ability to compile market research reports
Familiar with the principles and strategies of branding and advertising
Mastering the principles and programs of merchandising
Ability to control marketing budget and optimal budget allocation to projects
