کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی | Foreign Commercial Specialist

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با سامانه جامع تجارت (NTSW).
• آشنایی نسبی با سامانه TTAC.
• مسلط به امور اداری مرتبط با بازرگانی.
• آشنایی با فرآیند ترخیص کالا و واردات.
• آشنایی با کلیه امور بازرگانی از جمله بررسی اسناد، ثبت سفارشات و رفع تعهدات ارزی.
• آمادگی جهت انجام ماموریت‌های داخلی برای پیگیری امور اداری بازرگانی خارجی.
• دارای روابط عمومی قوی و توانمند در ارتباطات بین واحدی.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، اقتصاد یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• مهارت زبان (ها): بالاتر از متوسط.
• حدقال سه سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مرتبط. 
• توانایی کار تیمی، پیگیری امور و مستندسازی دقیق.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای اداری (Microsoft Office) و ترجیحاً آشنایی با ERP.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار فتوشاپ مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• داشتن سابقه کار در شرکت‌های آرایشی و بهداشتی، دارویی یا غذایی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Familiarity with the Integrated Trade System (NTSW)
• Working knowledge of the TTAC platform
• Understanding of general administrative processes in commercial departments
• Familiarity with import and customs clearance procedures
• Capable of handling commercial documentation, order registration, and currency obligation resolution
• Willingness to undertake domestic business trips to follow up on commercial affairs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Requirements

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management
• Languages: English proficiency above intermediate level

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skills
• Strong teamwork skills, follow-up ability, and accurate documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
• Previous experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food industry is preferred
