We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Campaign Performance Senior Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of performance KPIs across the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, including designing, executing, and managing performance-driven advertising campaigns across all stages of the customer journey.
- Identify user behavior patterns, market trends, and optimization opportunities using a data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) by identifying funnel bottlenecks, executing targeted tests, and analyzing landing page performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics, including CTR, CR, CPO, and ROAS.
- Monitor budgets, spending, and campaign effectiveness to ensure financial efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
- Bring creative thinking to campaign planning and execution, ensuring innovative approaches to reach and convert target audiences.
- Prepare, present, and interpret regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, establishing feedback loops for continuous campaign improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of performance KPIs and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills across the full campaign lifecycle—from planning through execution and evaluation.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective and creative solutions in dynamic environments.
