مهندس پروژه | Project Engineer

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• برقراری ارتباط بین کارفرما و بخش‌های مختلف واحد مهندسی و بالعکس.
• برقراری ارتباط و همکاری با بخش‌های مختلف واحد مهندسی به منظور رفع ایرادهای فنی کارفرما.
• پاسخگویی به پرسش‌های احتمالی به منظور حفظ یکپارچگی و صحت مدارک تهیه شده.
• نظارت بر پیاده‌سازی و اجرای فرایندهای تعریف شده در سیستم مدیریت یکپارچه IMS سازمان.
• مشارکت در شناسایی، ارزیابی و اولویت‌بندی اجرای اقدامات واکنشی نسبت به ریسک‌ها و پایش و به‌روزآوری ریسک‌های مهندسی پروژه.
• مشارکت در تکمیل گزارش پایان پروژه در حوزه مهندسی پروژه در زمان مورد نظر.
• بررسی عدم انطباق‌های ثبت شده در حوزه سیستم های مدیریت و اخذ اقدامات اصلاحی به منظور رفع علل ریشه‌ای بروز آن‌ها.
• هماهنگی با کلیه بخش‌های مهندسی و خرید و پیگیری لازم مدارک مربوطه.
• برگزاری و مدیریت جلسات فنی و مهندسی با نفرات وندور و تیم مهندسی و جلسات PMI و KOM.

شرایط احراز:

شایستگی‌های تخصصی:

• سابقه کار در زمینه مهندسی پایپینگ.
• آشنایی کافی با فرایند کار مهندسی و مدارک مهندسی.
• آشنایی با اصول مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی.
• آشنایی با فنون روابط عمومی.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم و الزامات سیستم های مدیریتی ISO 9001 ،ISO/ TS29001 ،ISO 14001 ،OHSAS 18001.
• توانایی سازمان‌دهی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل.
• آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای فنی و تکنولوژی‌های جدید مرتبط.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Establish communication between the employer and different parts of the engineering unit and vice versa
Communication and cooperation with different parts of the engineering unit to address the technical deficiencies of the employer Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the documents prepared
Monitoring and implementing processes defined in the IMS Integrated Management System
Participation in identifying, evaluating and prioritizing the implementation of reactive measures to risks and monitoring and updating risks Project Engineering
Participation in Completion of Project Finishing Report in the Project Engineering Time
Investigating non -compliance in the field of management systems and taking corrective measures to eliminate their root causes
Coordination With all the engineering and purchase and follow -up sectors of the relevant documents
holding and managing technical and engineering meetings with Vendor and Engineering Team and PMI and Kom
