We are looking for a motivated BI Developer (Junior–Mid level) to join our Central Data team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL development. you will be involved in designing and building BI solutions, maintaining data pipelines, and supporting dashboards used by business teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL development. you will be involved in designing and building BI solutions, maintaining data pipelines, and supporting dashboards used by business teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and DAX measures
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines (SQL / SSIS / or similar tools)
- Work closely with business teams to understand reporting needs
- Prepare clean, reliable datasets for analytical and operational reporting
- Participate in data modeling, star schema design, and building Tabular models
- Ensure data quality, validation, and performance tuning of BI solutions
- Collaborate in improving BI development standards and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in BI development
- Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
- Experience building ETL/ELT processes (using SSIS, SQL scripts, or similar tools)
- Good understanding of database concepts, relational modeling, star schema, and performance optimization
- Ability to write clean, optimized SQL queries
- Familiarity with Tabular Models (SSAS Tabular)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have (Plus)
- Familiarity with Python for data automation
- Basic understanding of CI/CD for BI
- Knowledge of version control (Git)
