کارشناس فروش | Sales Expert

شرکت آسیا تلکام به دنبال یک کارشناس فروش با تجربه و توانمند در زمینه دستگاه‌های ارتباطی است. این نقش نیازمند توانایی در توسعه و نگهداری روابط با مشتریان و تسهیل فرایندهای فروش است. شما مسئولیت شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب به مشتریان را خواهید داشت.

شرح شغل:

• ارائه مشاوره تخصصی به مشتریان در زمینه دستگاه‌های ارتباطی.
• شناسایی و توسعه فرصت‌های تجاری جدید.
• مدیریت و نگهداری روابط فعلی با مشتریان.
• پیگیری و نهایی‌سازی فرایندهای فروش.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های فروش به مدیران.

در صورتیکه تجربه قبلی در این حوزه ندارید، نگران نباشید! آموزش‌های لازم برای انجام وظایف به صورت کامل ارائه خواهد شد و شما می‌توانید با همراهی تیم ما مهارت‌های مورد نیاز را به دست آورید.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه در استفاده از سیستم‌های مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری (CRM).
• توانایی کار تیمی و برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
• مهارت‌های بین فردی قوی و توانایی ایجاد ارتباط با مشتریان.

Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice to customers in the field of communication devices
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Management and maintenance of current relationships with customers
- Follow-up and finalization of sales processes
- Preparation and presentation of sales reports to managers

Competencies:
- Education in electrical engineering and electronics or telecommunications
- experience in using systems Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
