• اجرای و حفظ استراتژی منبع یابی منطقه ای برای همه کالاها و خدمات.
• اطمینان حاصل کنید که قیمت از طریق فروشندگان شخص ثالث به دست آمده است. به طور خاص درخواست‌هایی را برای نقل‌قول (rfp/rfq) آماده کنید، با همکاری بخش درخواست‌کننده، مناسب‌ترین تامین‌کننده (قیمت، مقدار، شرایط...) را انتخاب کنید، و مناسب‌ترین تامین‌کننده را انتخاب و شناسایی کنید.
• سبدهای خرید را همراستا با سبدهای داخلی تأیید کنید.
• از اجرای طرح های منبع یابی منطقه ای و جهانی، از جمله مدیریت انطباق محلی حمایت کنید.
• با ردیابی و گزارش صرفه جویی در بهره وری کمک کنید.
• اجرای یک چرخه بهبود مستمر برای تحقق بخشیدن به بهبودهای افزایشی سال به سال و صرفه جویی در هزینه.
• ایجاد یک شبکه با همکاران منبع منطقه ای برای به حداکثر رساندن مزایای توافق نامه های محلی، منطقه ای و جهانی.
• اطمینان حاصل شود که انطباق، کنترل‌های داخلی/ممیزی، و سیستم‌های عملیاتی وجود دارند و اجرا می‌شوند.

• مدیریت روابط با تامین‌کنندگان ترجیحی و استراتژیک، شراکت با مشتریان داخلی برای جستجوی مستمر فرصت‌هایی برای بهبود که ارزش اضافی ایجاد می‌کند.

• Implement and maintain the regional Sourcing strategy for all goods and services.
• Ensure the price is negotiated and obtained from 3rd party vendors. Specifically prepare requests for quotations (RFP/RFQ), negotiate, select, and identify the most appropriate supplier (price, quantity, conditions…) in collaboration with the requesting department.
• Approve Shopping Carts in alignment with the internal SOPs.
• Support the implementation of regional and global Sourcing initiatives, including management of local compliance.
• Contribute by tracking and reporting productivity savings.
• Implement a continuous improvement cycle to realize year-on-year incremental improvements and cost savings.
• Build a network with regional Sourcing colleagues to maximize the benefits of local, regional, and global agreements.
• Ensure the compliance, internal controls/ audits, and SOPs are in place and implemented.
• Create awareness around Sourcing Processes & Policies
• Manage relations with preferred and strategic suppliers, partner with internal customers to continuously seek opportunities for improvement that generate additional value.
• Understand good practices, tools, and processes across Novartis globally and deploy applicable solutions locally.
• Proactively identify and secure alternative vendors for all critical sourcing areas, ensuring the organization maintains multiple viable options to receive essential services and mitigates supply-side risk.
