We are a well-distinguished company in the banking industry seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will handle the full data science lifecycle — from data collection and preprocessing to building, deploying, and monitoring ML models in production.

You will develop solutions for classification, clustering, NLP, recommendations, anomaly detection, and risk assessment, collaborating with data engineers for robust pipelines and aligning with team leads to deliver actionable insights.

 

Data Handling: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured/unstructured data from internal and external sources.

Model Development: Design, implement, and deploy ML models (classification, clustering, NLP, recommendations, anomaly detection) and refine them continuously.

Analytics & Decision: Support: Build predictive and prescriptive solutions and deliver data-driven reports with statistical backing.

Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers to ensure robust pipelines and infrastructure, and align with data science leads on reporting and insights.

Prototyping: Create web-based prototypes (Streamlit, OpenWebUI, FastAPI) to showcase solutions to end users.

Communication: Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation: Stay current with AI/ML advancements and propose adoption of relevant tools and methods.

 

 

Experience: 3+ years in data science, ML, or advanced analytics (preferably in banking/financial services).

Technical Skills:

 

Soft Skills: Strong analytical/problem-solving, fast learner, clear communicator.

Best Practices: SOLID principles, thorough documentation, and architecture visualization.
