شرح شغل:

• تهیه و انتشار آگهی‌های استخدامی در پلتفرم‌های استخدامی.
• بررسی و غربالگری رزومه‌های دریافتی و انجام مصاحبه‌های اولیه (تلفنی) و تخصصی با کاندیداهای مناسب.
• هماهنگی بین واحدی برای مصاحبه‌ها (زمان‌بندی).
• برقراری ارتباطات مستمر با مدیران و کاندیدها جهت اعلام نتیجه مصاحبه.
• هماهنگی جهت فرایند جامعه‌پذیری نیروهای جدیدالاستخدام.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با فرایندهای منابع انسانی به ویژه جذب و استخدام.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت دولتی، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مستمر و فن بیان قوی.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر، امانتدار و پیگیر.
• آشنایی کامل با زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی با مایکروسافت آفیس.
• حداکثر سن: 30 سال.

Job Description:

Preparing and publishing employment ads on recruitment platforms.
Review and screening the resumes received and conducting initial (telephone) and specialized interviews with appropriate candidates.
Inter -unit coordination for interviews (timing).
Providing continuous communication with managers and candidates to announce the outcome of the interview.
Coordination for the process of socialization of new forces.


Conditions:

Introduction to human resource processes, especially recruitment and recruitment.
Minimum undergraduate degree in human resource management, government management, industrial engineering or other related fields.
The ability to establish continuous communication and strong expression technology.
