کارشناس عملیات لجستیک | Logistics Expert

شرح وظایف:

طراحی، برنامه‌ریزی، تحلیل و بهینه‌سازی شبکه لجستیک و عملیات توزیع لست مایل برای افزایش سرعت تحویل، کاهش هزینه و بهبود بهره‌وری شبکه
طراحی مسیرها، پیش‌بینی هزینه، برنامه‌ریزی ظرفیت ناوگان، توسعه ابزارها و نرم افزار لجستیکی، طراحی و بازنگری در نرم افزار لجستیکی و پایش عملکرد عملیاتی
مانیتورینگ لایو و هیستوریکال سرویس لِول-طراحی و بهینه‌سازی مسیرهای ارسال، کاهش هزینه‌های لجستیک و مدیریت محدودیت‌های زمانی و ظرفیت ناوگان
پیش‌بینی هزینه براساس مارجین، برنامه‌ریزی ظرفیت ناوگان و طراحی سناریوهای دلیوری پیک تایم ها
توسعه و بهبود ابزارها و سیستم‌های لجستیکی (Routing System، Ops Dashboard، Hub Management System)
نظارت بر عملکرد عملیاتی شعب، رعایت SLA، پایش OTD و FF

مهارتهای موردنیاز:

مهارت تحلیلی قوی و توانایی تصمیم‌گیری داده‌محور
تسلط بر Excel و توانمندی کار با ابزارهای Optimization، مانند : (Route Planning، Capacity Planning، Cost Analysis)
آشنایی کامل با Google Earth-QGIS
آشنایی کامل با Google Drive
مهارتهای ارتباطی موثر و مدیریت زمان
آشنایی با طراحی شبکه حمل‌ونقل و اصول برنامه‌ریزی ظرفیت
برخورداری از سابقه در زمینه لجستیک و زمینه های مشابه توزیع (دلیوری)
آشنایی با نرم افزار لجستیکی "چابک" موجب ایجاد اولویت خواهد بود

Duties: Designing, planning, analyzing and optimizing the logistics network and last mile distribution operations to increase delivery speed, reduce costs and improve network efficiency Designing routes, cost forecasting, fleet capacity planning, developing logistics tools and software, designing and revising logistics software and monitoring operational performance Live monitoring and historical service level-designing and optimizing shipping routes, reducing costs Logistics and management of time limits and fleet capacity
cost forecasting based on margin, fleet capacity planning and design of peak time delivery scenarios
development and improvement of logistics tools and systems (Routing System, Ops Dashboard, Hub Management System)
supervision of operational performance of branches, SLA compliance, OTD and FF monitoring

Required skills:

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
Mastery of Excel and the ability to work with optimization tools, such as: (Route Planning, Capacity Planning, Cost Analysis)
Complete familiarity with Google Earth-QGIS
Complete familiarity with Google Drive
Effective communication skills and time management
Familiarity with transportation network design and capacity planning principles
Having experience in the field of logistics and similar fields of distribution (delivery)
Familiarity with "agile" logistics software will be a priority
