About the Role
Digikala Ads — the advertising arm of the Digikala Group — empowers brands and businesses to connect with consumers at the moment of purchase.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Communication Campaign Lead to design and lead our B2B communication campaigns. The ideal candidate can harmonize brand objectives, messaging, and media channels to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute B2B communication campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and promote Digikala Ads services
- Lead the full campaign lifecycle from ideation and planning to execution and post-campaign evaluation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies, content producers, and media partners
- Manage a broad range of media channels — from digital and CPC campaigns to podcasts, events, sponsorships, and social media activations
- Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize outcomes
- Ensure alignment between all campaign activities and the overall brand and marketing roadmap
- Identify opportunities for creative, data-driven communication with brands, agencies, and business partners
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills
- Deep understanding of brand communication and brand activation principles
- Broad familiarity with various media types (ATL, BTL, digital, events, PR, sponsored content)
- Proven ability to design and manage 360-degree integrated campaigns
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a high standard for brand consistency
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand communication, or campaign management
- Hands-on experience running advertising campaigns across multiple media channels (online & offline)
- Experience working with advertising agencies, media partners, and branding teams
