ما در آونگ به دنبال یک کارشناس ارشد بازرگانی هستیم که علاوه بر تسلط به قوانین و مقررات مذاکرات و قراردادهای تجاری بین‌المللی، توانایی بالایی در حل مسئله، مدیریت چالش‌ها و برقراری ارتباط موثر با شرکای تجاری این مجموعه داشته باشد.

وظایف کلیدی:

• مکاتبات تجاری و ایجاد ارتباط مؤثر با شرکت‌های تأمین‌کننده خارجی.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر مذاکرات قراردادها با تأمین‌کنندگان بین‌المللی.
• تهیه و تنظیم مستندات مورد نیاز برای قراردادها و توافقات تجاری.
• تحلیل بازارهای خارجی و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید تجاری.
• همکاری با سایر واحدهای سازمان در خصوص مسائل بازرگانی و تأمین نیاز‌ها.
• پیگیری و حل مشکلات مربوط به تأمین کالا و خدمات.
• گزارش‌گیری از عملکرد تأمین‌کنندگان و ارائه پیشنهادات بهبود.
• تهیه بیمه بین المللی جهت ورود کالا از مبدا به مقصد.
• کنترل سررسید بدهی‌ها به تامین کنندگان.
• استعلام قیمت خرید و تهیه بهترین قیمت.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به امور حمل کالا از مبدا تا مقصد.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مالی و تجاری.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مربوط به مدیریت قراردادها و بازرگانی.
• آشنایی با قوانین حمل و نقل در سطوح بین‌المللی.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، اقتصاد یا رشته‌های حوزه کامپیوتر و فناوری اطلاعات.
• تجربه کاری در زمینه بازرگانی خارجی.
• مسلط به MS Office.
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی (نوشتاری و گفتاری).
• مهارت‌های مذاکره و ارتباطات بین‌المللی.
• آشنایی با مقررات و قوانین بازرگانی خارجی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مالی و تجاری.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مربوط به مدیریت قراردادها و بازرگانی.

Eligibility requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, economics or computer and information technology fields
• Work experience in foreign trade field

• Familiarity with foreign trade regulations and laws
• Ability to analyze financial and commercial data
• Familiarity with contract and trade management software
