شرکت بورس انرژی ایران به منظور تکمیل کادر تخصصی خود، از متقاضیان واجد شرایط برای تصدی جایگاه کارشناس حقوقی دعوت به همکاری مینماید. تمرکز این نقش بر ارائه مشاوره و راهکارهای حقوقی، تطبیق رویههای شرکتی با قوانین و مقررات موضوعه کشور، تنظیم قراردادها و ایفای کارکردهای حقوقی تشکلهای خودانتظام میباشد.
شرح وظایف و مسئولیتها :
- ارائه اظهارنظر و راهکارهای حقوقی در خصوص مسائل مبتلیبه بورس انرژی
- بررسی و تنظیم قراردادها
- بررسی و اظهارنظر در خصوص پیشنویس قوانین و مقررات و ارائه پیشنهادات اصلاحی
- پاسخگویی به شکایات
- انجام امور مرتبط با کارشناسی و بررسی پروندههای تخلفاتی اعضای بورس انرژی
- همکاری در بررسی محتوای اسناد رسمی تنظیمی شرکت
- انجام امور مرتبط با طرح دعاوی و عندالاقتضا دفاع از دعاوی مطروحه علیه بورس انرژی در هر یک از محاکم و مراجع ذیصلاح قانونی
شرایط احراز :
- مدرک کارشناسی ارشد حقوق؛
تبصره1: فارغالتحصیلان گرایشهای حقوق خصوصی در اولویت جذب قرار دارند.
تبصره 2: دارندگان مدرک کارشناسی حقوق به شرط دارا بودن حداقل 4 سال سابقه کار حقوقی مرتبط نیز امکان ارسال رزومه دارند.
- تسلط بر نگارش حقوقی
- تسلط نسبی به نرمافزاهای اکسل و ورد
- تسلط نسبی بر زبان انگلیسی

In order to complete its specialized staff, Iran Energy Exchange Company invites qualified applicants for the position of legal expert. The focus of this role is on providing advice and legal solutions, adapting corporate procedures to the relevant laws and regulations of the country, drafting contracts and fulfilling the legal functions of self-regulatory organizations.
Description of duties and responsibilities:
- Providing opinions and legal solutions regarding issues related to the energy exchange
- Reviewing and drafting contracts
- Reviewing and commenting on draft laws and regulations and providing correction proposals
- Responding to complaints
- Carrying out Matters related to expertise and review of the violation cases of members of the Energy Exchange
- Cooperation in reviewing the content of official regulatory documents of the company
- Carrying out matters related to the filing of lawsuits and, when necessary, defending the claims brought against the Energy Exchange in any of the courts and competent legal authorities
Qualification conditions:
- Master of Laws degree;
Note 1: Graduates of private law disciplines are prioritized for recruitment.

- Flexibility and ability to simultaneously manage various assigned tasks
- Interested in continuous learning and updating knowledge in fields related to the company's field of activity
