شرح وظایف:
پیگیری و نظارت بر اجرای مصوبات هیات مدیره و مجامع
ارتباط موثر با حسابرس مستقل
ارزیابی ریسکهای مالی و ریسک های ناشی از الزامات قانونی مرتبط با شرکت
پیگیری و نظارت بر اجرای کلیه مصوبات و دستورات کمیته حسابرس مستقل
نظارت بر اجرا و رعایت ارزیابی محیط کنترلی
نظارت بر اجرا و رعایت ارزیابی محیط اطلاعاتی
بررسی گزارشات سرپرست حسابرسی در خصوص ارزیابی کنترل های داخلی
بررسی گزارشات تهیه شده توسط سرپرست حسابرسی در خصوص رسیدگی ها
انجام کلیه امور محوله از جانب کمیته فنی و مرتبط در شرکت اعم از موارد خاص یا عام و ارائه گزارش
ارائه نظر مشورتی به مدیرعامل و هیات مدیره درصورت درخواست و نیاز
پیگیری و نظارت بر اجرای فرآیندهای سیستمی مصوب در کلیه واحدهای ستادی و عملیاتی شرکت
انجام کلیه وظایف سرپرست ، کارشناس ارشد و کارشناس حسابرسی داخلی در مواقع عدم حضور ایشان

تسلط کامل بر اصول کلی حسابرسی و قوانین و مقررات مربوط به ان
آشنایی با صنعت مواد غذایی
تسلط کامل به نحوه حسابرسی اعم حسابرسی مدیریت،حسابرسی مالی ، حسابرس مالیاتی و حسابرسی تامین اجتماعی
تسلط کامل با حسابداری شرکت های تولیدی و پخش
تسلط کامل کافی در حسابرسی شعب و حسابرسی شرکت های تولیدی و پخش
تسلط کامل به محاسبات بهای تمام شده
تسلط کامل بر قوانین مربوط به بودجه و نحوه نوشتن آن
تسلط کامل بر نحوه گزارش گیری از نرم افزارهای تخصصی مالی و حسابداری
تسلط کامل تفسیر آمار و اطلاعات و فهم دقیق و کامل از گزارش ها و فرایندهای مالی و حسابداری
تسلط کامل به تهیه صورتهای مالی
تسلط کامل بر قوانین مالیاتی، چک، بیمه، تأمین اجتماعی، وزارت کار ، عوارض و …
تسلط کامل بر کدینگ حساب ها
تسلط کامل با کلیات استاندارد مدیریت کیفیت

Duties:
follow up and supervise the implementation of the approvals of the board of directors and assemblies
effective communication with the independent auditor
evaluate financial risks and risks arising from legal requirements related to the company
follow up and supervise the implementation of all approvals and orders of the independent auditor committee
supervise the implementation and compliance of the control environment assessment
supervise the implementation and compliance of the information environment assessment
review the audit supervisor's reports regarding the evaluation of internal controls
review Reports prepared by the supervisor of the audit regarding proceedings
Performing all matters assigned by the technical and related committee in the company, whether specific or general and presenting reports
Providing advisory opinion to the CEO and the board of directors upon request and need
Following and monitoring the implementation of approved system processes in all headquarters and operational units of the company
Performing all duties of the supervisor, senior expert and internal audit expert in their absence

Complete mastery of the general principles of auditing and related laws and regulations
Familiarity with the food industry
Complete mastery of the audit method, including management audit, financial audit, tax auditor, and social security audit
Complete mastery of the accounting of production and distribution companies
