Senior Product Data Analyst

Bimeh Bazar started its journey in [2016] with the aim of creating a great experience in online insurance consultation, comparison, and purchase. Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Product team to define analytics and experimentation roadmaps and identify new product feature opportunities
• Building and maintaining dashboards that surface key product and user trends and enable stakeholders to self-serve insights effectively
• Developing robust measurement plans to monitor business impact across key product initiatives
• Designing and analyzing A/B tests and releases to validate hypotheses and optimize feature adoption and retention
• Leading cross-functional initiatives related to data governance, experimentation frameworks, KPI development, and product lifecycle management
• Ensuring analytics outputs are accurate and timely
• Applying statistical methods to uncover product insights (including, but not limited to cohort analysis, retention analysis, user segmentation, growth models, and cluster analysis)
• Synthesizing large behavioral data sets and partner with Product & Research stakeholders to create a complete picture of the Bime Bazar customer, their behaviors, and needs

Requirements:

• +3  years of work experience in analytics, data science,  data analysis or product management.
• Create and design A/B experiments, reports and dashboards to track progress, analyze the results and provide decision recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data analysis/visualization tools like Metabase. Proficient in Python programming.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, translating data insights into actionable product strategies
• Ability to translate detailed data into clear, actionable recommendations, bridging technical and business perspectives and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Inquisitive mindset for uncovering insights and opportunities through data, driving continuous improvement
