• در تماس ها و درخواست های مشتری به صورت سریع و به موقع شرکت کنید
• ارائه پشتیبانی فنی داخلی و خارجی از مشتریان و کارکنان محلی Roche که مربوط به مسائل فنی در مورد آنالایزر و سیستم های روشه است. قوانین و مقررات قابل اجرا و همچنین استانداردهای بالای یکپارچگی که توسط Roche بیان شده است. مدرک تحصیلات تکمیلی ترجیح داده می شود
• شما تجربه کار مربوطه را در یک نقش مشابه دارید و آنالایزرهای Roche یا سیستم های آزمایشگاهی را انجام داده اید. ترجیحاً شما در مورد آنالایزر روشه آموزش دیده باشید
• شما در تیراندازی و حل مسئله مشکل دارید
• شما متعهد به تعالی در خدمت فراتر از ساعت و شرایط معمول عادی هستید

Summary

The main focus of the Field Service Engineer is to provide technical support for Roche products, analyzers, and systems, install, repair, and maintain Roche products, document and report all service activities in compliance with Roche standards
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Service Team Lead.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinate with Service Team Lead regarding planned systems installations
• Carry-out installation, repair and maintenance of Roche analyzers procedures as per Roche standards
• Report and document all installations, maintenance and repairs as per Roche standards
• Conduct customer training regarding proper use and maintenance of Roche analyzers and systems. Report and document customer trainings as per Roche standards
• Attend to customer calls and requests on a prompt and timely manner
• Provide internal and external technical support to customers and Roche local staff relevant to technical issues regarding Roche analyzers and systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered for performance of the system in the facility with coordination with other departments

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor’s/Master degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering. Post graduate degree will be preferred
• You have relevant work experience in a similar role and have handled Roche analyzers or lab systems. Preferably you are trained on Roche analyzers
• You are strong in trouble shooting and problem solving
• You are committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions
• You are customer focus and have strong stakeholder management skills
• You are fluent in Farsi and English (speaking, reading and writing)
• You are flexible, mobile and willing to travel to customer sites
