Hard skills (must-have, pluses welcome): solid SEO execution across keyword research, SERP/intent analysis, on-page optimization (titles, metas, H1–H3 structure, copy, image alt text), internal linking, and basic technical hygiene. Practical experience driving social media marketing (planning, scheduling, light community engagement) and creating or amplifying social signals that support search visibility. Bonus points for familiarity with basic HTML/CSS/JSON edits or lightweight creatives (e.g., Canva).
