Job description:
• Development and implementation of human resources policies.
• Management of all stages of the recruitment process.
• Evaluation and development of employee performance.
• Follow up process of employee satisfaction and motivation.
• Management of salary, bonus and benefits systems.
• Dealing with contracts and legal issues related to human resources.
• Completing and updating personnel files and creating a personnel database and service and administrative records of all employees
• Cooperation in compiling and updating the documents of the human resources unit (job description, organizational chart and structure, job documents, procedures, regulations, etc.).
Qualifying conditions:
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of human resources.
• Complete familiarity with labor and social security laws
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• The spirit of teamwork and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Has maturity and appropriate organizational behavior
