Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, people experience initiatives, and employer branding efforts. The HR Generalist will ensure that HR processes run smoothly, employees have a positive experience, and organizational needs are met in alignment with company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination).
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition. - Training, Development & People Experience
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
• Organize training logistics, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Contribute to people experience programs, ensuring employees feel engaged, supported, and connected to company culture. - Performance Management & Employee Engagement
• Support the performance review process and ensure timely completion.
• Help implement employee engagement surveys and action plans.
• Assist with recognition programs and culture- and experience-building initiatives. - HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports for leadership. - Employee Relations & Employer Branding
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related concerns.
• Support conflict resolution processes and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate on employer branding campaigns and storytelling to strengthen the company’s external HR presence.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Solid understanding of core HR functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with HR data and metrics.
• Knowledge of people experience, employer branding, and employee engagement practices.
