Wallex is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive our strategic growth initiatives. As Finance Manager, reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, ensuring financial health, analyzing fiscal performance, and providing insightful recommendations to the executive management team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial planning, investment management, and regulatory compliance, along with strong leadership skills.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support Wallex's growth objectives.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Manage the Finance team (including Accounting, Tax&SSO and Treasury) and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans.
- Evaluate and oversee capital structure, investments, and funding strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and external auditors.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tax and SSO laws and procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing financial teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
