Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in data analysis, data modeling, and database management, paired with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. In this role, you’ll work on a range of projects from independently managing small-scale initiatives to supporting leaders on larger operational projects impacting various team members and providers. Your focus will be on translating business challenges into data-driven insights while ensuring high-quality, accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of data, ensuring the highest quality in reports and insights. 
• Analysis and Reporting: Manage data analysis activities and develop comprehensive dashboards. 
• Provide actionable business insights based on analytical findings. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, offering insights into ongoing projects and key business epics. 
• Define, schedule, and prioritize project tasks while communicating effectively with stakeholders. 
• Manage smaller projects independently, ensuring timely delivery on agreed milestones. 
• Apply statistical methods and medium-level machine learning techniques to identify trends and generate insights. 
• Work with large data sets to identify efficiency and optimization opportunities. 
• Aggregate, clean, and study data for projects, ensuring it meets mid-level analysis requirements. 
• Develop and maintain code using SQL, Python, and relevant tools for efficient data manipulation and analysis. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field. 
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis within a similar industry or role. 
• Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools. 
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. 
• Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques to provide appropriate analyses. 
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert business challenges into data-related solutions. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Demonstrated teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to influence decision-making with data-driven insights. 
• A clear understanding of competitive landscapes and industry trends. 
• Good product vision to identify the key metrics and KPIs necessary for business success. 
• Proficiency in tools such as Tableau or Power BI for creating dynamic dashboards. 
• Medium-level proficiency in utilizing machine learning techniques and tools for solving business problems. 
• Experience translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
