Eligibility:

Work experience: at least 7 years of experience in the field of human resources

Specialized skills:

Job description:
Developing human resources strategy in line with the organization's macro goals
Managing the entire recruiting and hiring cycle: drafting, interviewing, screening, onboarding
Designing and implementing performance evaluation systems and individual development programs
Developing and strengthening organizational culture, values and employee experience
Achieving Administrative and personnel matters including contracts, insurance, labor laws and documentation
Analyzing human resources data, preparing dashboards and presenting management reports
Identifying and managing human resources issues (conflict, performance loss, job satisfaction...)
Planning and implementing internal organizational training and growth paths
Working closely with unit managers to optimize the organizational structure
Leading the human resources team and improving its performance
