Job description:Contribute and support ongoing process improvements aligned with a lean and robust mindset to ensure continuous performance improvement.Create and support the development of compelling workforce stories and actionable insights through HC business intelligence.Support the design of HC Dashboards across all HC functions and countries.Develop data-driven analysis to support decision strategic decision-making for HC and Business initiatives.Help to enhance the capability to analyze and "make sense" of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner.Engage and collaborate with cross-functional experts across all business units.Collaborate with members of HC to identify, standardize and implement data and analytics solutions.Participate in the development and implementation of the Data Governance function partnering with key stakeholders.Job requirements:At least a Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Business Management, or Social Sciences.More than 2 years of experienceOutstanding needs analysis, positioning, people, and closing skills.Fluent in English.Strong multi-tasking skills.Communicate clearly, lead the way, think group, bring innovation and thinking out of the box, self-management, and time management.
