شرح شغل:

• پیگیری عملیات حمل‌ونقل و فایل‌های واردات/صادرات و صورتحساب مشتریان.
• پیگیری امور پرداختی و امور مربوط به محمولات با نمایندگان خارجی.
• صدور اسناد حمل.
• پیگیری و کنترل جداول و صورتحساب‌های مشتریان.
• پیگیری امور اداری شرکت با مشتریان و مدیرعامل.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه حمل‌ونقل، لجستیک یا بازرگانی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی ـ سطح بالاتر از متوسط.
• مهارت‌های قوی در ارتباطات و پیگیری مشتریان.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و کار تیمی و توانایی تحلیل داده ها و یادگیری مطالب.
• دانشجو نباشد (داشتن حداقل مدرک کارشناسی).

Job Description:

Follow up on shipping operations and import/export files and customer invoices.
Follow up on payment and shipment matters with foreign representatives.
Issuing shipping documents.
Follow up and control of customer schedules and invoices.
Follow up on company administrative matters with customers and CEO.
Qualifications:

Related work experience in the field of transportation and logistics or commerce.
Fluent in English at an above-intermediate level.
Strong communication and customer follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team and the ability to analyze data and learn material.
Not a student (minimum bachelor's degree).
