• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with organizational units to present ideas and plans for risk mitigation and prevention.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies during audits or inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, Law, or Risk Management.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or others relevant to the specific industry.
• Relevant work experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with compliance software and auditing processes.
