Job Description
The B2B Business Line Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership and growth of Snapp Kitchen’s Corporate service and driving market expansion through scalable solutions. This role leads sales growth and customer retention by closely partnering with Sales, Commercial, and Customer Relations teams, managing large enterprise accounts, and optimizing cross-functional, operational, and service-related processes. The position oversees commercial performance, P&L, and data-driven decision-making, while coordinating with Product, Data, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business impact and achieve strategic targets.
Here are the main responsibilities in detail:
- Own the end-to-end performance and growth of the B2B business line, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and achievement of defined P&L targets.
- Design and implement scalable business models and growth strategies to expand market share and accelerate the development of SnappFood’s Corporate service.
- Drive sales growth by defining acquisition strategies and supporting the Sales team in securing large enterprise clients through tailored value propositions and solutions.
- Improve customer retention and long-term value by strengthening key account management, service quality, and customer experience across the B2B segment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on B2B business line performance using financial, commercial, and operational data to inform strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose data-driven business solutions aligned with market conditions, business needs, and strategic priorities.
- Lead and manage Commercial, Sales, and Customer Relations functions within the B2B team, ensuring alignment, performance accountability, and capability development.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to address business challenges and translate business line needs into actionable initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical or strategic roles, preferably within the startup ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MBA, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in P&L management, business modeling, and B2B sales strategy.
- Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and business planning.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive in strategic decision-making and maintaining a high sense of ownership and accountability.
