ما به دنبال یک کارشناس حقوق و دستمزد برای پیوستن به تیم منابع انسانی‌مان هستیم. مسئولیت‌های این موقعیت شامل اجرای فرآیندهای محاسبه و پرداخت حقوق و مزایا، جمع‌آوری و ثبت اطلاعات حضور و غیاب، همکاری در طراحی و اجرای سیاست‌های منابع انسانی، پاسخگویی به سوالات کارکنان، همکاری با واحد مالی، نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی پرونده‌های پرسنلی و همکاری در جذب و مصاحبه اولیه نیروهای جدید است.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کار مرتبط در منابع انسانی با تجربه در حقوق و دستمزد.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین کار، بیمه تأمین اجتماعی و مالیات.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای آفیس (به‌ویژه Excel) و نرم‌افزارهای حقوق و دستمزد.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر، مسئولیت‌پذیری و دقت بالا.
• روحیه کار تیمی و تمایل به یادگیری در حوزه‌های مختلف منابع انسانی.

We are looking for a salary expert to join our HR team. The responsibilities of this situation include the implementation of the processes of calculating and paying salaries and benefits, collecting and registering information and absence, collaborating on the design and implementation of human resources policies, answering staff questions, cooperating with the financial unit, maintaining and updating personnel cases, and cooperating with the recruitment and initial interview of the new forces.

- mastery of Office software (especially Excel) and payroll software
