محل کار: خراسان رضوی.

شرح وظایف:

• مدیریت ارائه خط‌مشی سازمان و اقدامات مرتبط با فعالیت‌های پرخطر و پروانه‌های کار.
• مدیریت تهیه و اجرای دستورالعمل‌های مورد نیاز.
• بازدید و بازرسی کلیه دستگاه‌ها، ماشین‌آلات، ساختمان‌ها، کارگاه‌ها، انبارهای قطعات، محصولات و تاسیسات برای کنترل از لحاظ الزامات HSE.
• مدیریت بحران و حضور در صحنه حوادث و آتش‌سوزی‌ها.
• مدیریت در زمینه رعایت دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی HSE.
• نظارت بر نحوه استفاده پرسنل از وسایل استحفاظی.
• مدیریت ارزیابی ریسک و شناسایی خطرات و آسیب‌های بهداشتی و زیست‌محیطی.
• مدیریت و راهنمایی آنالیز خطرات شغلی به روش‌های مختلف جهت پیشگیری از حوادث.
• دریافت نتایج و نظارت بر گزارش‌های حاصل از حوادث و بیماری‌های ناشی از کار، ضرایب شدت، تکرار و غیره.
• مدیریت انجام معاینات و آزمایشات ادواری و مدیریت اقدامات مربوط به نتایج حاصل از انجام معاینات یاد شده.
• مدیریت، کنترل و نظارت بر انجام سنجش عوامل زیان‌آور محیطی با بازدید از کلیه کارگاه‌های فعالیت‌های ذیربط.
• مدیریت و کنترل رعایت الزامات دستورالعمل‌های زیست‌محیطی توسط کلیه پرسنل با حضور در سایت از جمله جمع‌آوری پسماندها، کنترل ریزشس و نشتی مواد و غیره.
• مدیریت شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی پرسنل پیمانکار و پیگیری و کنترل آموزش‌های ایمنی لازم در خصوص فعالیت‌های خطرناک.
• راهنمایی پرسنل تحت امر برای تهیه انواع فرم‌ها، چک لیست‌ها، کارت‌ها و غیره.
• از تمامی کارجویان و واجدین شرایط در سراسر کشور دعوت به عمل می آید. 

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریتی در حوزه مرتبط.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های مانیتورینگ و دوربین‌های مداربسته.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم و مهارت‌های رهبری.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل و گزارش‌دهی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر با دیگران.

Tasks:
Management Presentation of the Organization Policy and Implementation of High -High Risk Activities and Labor Licensing. Management and Implementation of Required Guidelines. , Buildings, Workshops, Warehouses, Parts, Products and Facilities for HSE Requirements. Crisis Management and Attendance at Disaster and Fires. Management in the field of HSE guidelines and practices. Protector. Management of Risk Assessment and Identification of Health and Environmental Risks and Injuries. Management and Guidance of Occupational Risks in Different ways to prevent accidents. Receive results and monitor reports from accident -related accidents and diseases, coefficients Intensity, Repeat, etc. Management of periodic examinations and testing and management of measures related to the results of these examinations. Management, control and monitoring of conducting environmental factors by visiting all relevant activities workshops. Management and control Observing environmental guidelines by all staff attending the site including waste collection, decline control and leakage, etc. Identifying the training needs of the contractor personnel and tracking and controlling the necessary safety training on dangerous activities. It is invited to prepare a variety of forms, checklists, cards, etc. All employees and qualifications are invited throughout the country.
Conditions:
At least five years of management experience in the field of relevant fields. Introduction to monitoring systems and CCTV cameras. Team management and leadership skills. The ability to analyze and report. Effective communication with others.
