Job Description
Needs Assessment (Needs Assessment):
Participate in the training needs assessment process through methods of identifying skill gaps and development opportunities, partnering and collaborating with managers and other relevant stakeholders
Participate in designing training programs:
Participate in designing, developing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of chain stores such as product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques and operational processes using various methods, including formal education, informal learning, experiential learning, coaching and mentoring;
Design and develop training content, including online courses, workshops, training materials and resources
Training calendar design: Participate in planning and scheduling various training courses
Training content production: Facilitate effective learning and knowledge dissemination among store, warehouse and headquarters employees through the production of engaging and interactive training content such as videos and e-learning modules
Training course participation: Participate in conducting training sessions, workshops and seminars for store, warehouse and headquarters employees in person and virtually, using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences
Evaluation of effectiveness: Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through questionnaires, feedback mechanisms and performance evaluation indicators and provide recommendations for improvement as needed
Impact detection and continuous improvement: Research and develop industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development and incorporate relevant developments into training and development programs to ensure their effectiveness
Collaboration: Work closely with Various teams, including sales, human resources, and marketing, to align training efforts with organizational goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration across the company.
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to facilitate the delivery of training initiatives
Coordinate periodic assessments, such as the evaluation of designated employees ready for promotion to supervisor
Interact with regional human resources managers and monitor their training performance
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in human resource management, educational management, public administration, business administration, or other management discipline; Industrial Engineering, Psychology and Social Sciences
A Master's degree in the above fields is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
