شرکت صنایع لفاف زرین به‌دنبال جذب کارشناس فنی پشتیبانی D365F&O است. این موقعیت مناسب افرادی است که به زیرساخت، سرورها و سیستم‌های ERP علاقه‌مندند و تمایل دارند در کنار مشاوران ارشد، تجربه عملی در پشتیبانی و نگهداری سیستم‌های Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations کسب کنند.

*وظایف اصلی:

• نظارت و پشتیبانی روزانه از محیط‌های D365F&O (Development، Sandbox، Production)
• بررسی سلامت سرورها، Backup/Restore، و رفع خطاهای سیستمی
• همکاری در نصب، پیکربندی و به‌روزرسانی محیط‌ها از طریق LCS
• مدیریت گواهی‌های امنیتی (SSL Certificates) و رعایت اصول امنیتی
• همکاری با تیم زیرساخت و توسعه در استقرار و تست بسته‌های جدید
• گذراندن دوره‌های CCNA، MCSA یا آشنایی با Azure / Cloud مزیت محسوب میشود

Lafaf Zareen Industries is looking for D365F&O support technical expert. This position is suitable for people who are interested in infrastructure, servers and ERP systems and who want to gain practical experience in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations systems alongside senior consultants.

Main duties:
Monitoring and daily support of D365F&O environments (Development, Sandbox, Production)
Health check Servers, Backup/Restore, and fixing system errors
Collaboration in installing, configuring and updating environments through LCS
Management of security certificates (SSL Certificates) and compliance with security principles
Collaboration with the infrastructure and development team in deploying and testing new packages
Passing CCNA, MCSA courses or familiarity with Azure/Cloud is an advantage.
