مسئولیت ها و وظایف
• انجام ارزیابی نیازهای سلامت روان بیماران و ایجاد تشخیص و برنامه درمانی. اطلاع رسانی به بیمار و اقوام وی در مورد عواقب احتمالی بیماری و درمان دارویی برای پیگیری و مراجعه به بیماران به سایر متخصصان بهداشت در هر زمان لازم ، به منظور ارائه مناسب ترین روش درمانی و بهبود وضعیت بیمار
• اجرای پروتکل SGBV (SGBV) ، شناسایی قربانیان احتمالی SGBV و استفاده از آنها به درمان نیاز به تیم پزشکی است. (فردی ، خانواده ، گروه) به بیماران طبق پروتکل های MSF به منظور بهبود شرایط سلامت روانی خود
• کمک و آموزش کارمندان و افراد منابع مالی در صورت لزوم به منظور افزایش دامنه فعالیت های MH. کار با همکاری نزدیک با مترجمان به منظور اطمینان از اصطلاحات و رفتار مناسب در طول جلسات
• جمع آوری داده های آماری و نظارت در مورد فعالیت های سلامت روان با سایر خدمات موجود در کلینیک برای تقویت مراقبت از بیماران ما به ویژه در MHGAP.
• مشتری ها (ارجاع داخلی) را که نیاز به سایر خدمات موجود در کلینیک دارند ، شناسایی و ارجاع دهید. مدیر فعالیت سلامت روان. در نتیجه ، می توان از کارهای دیگر خواسته شد تا مأموریت بهینه عمل کند.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Carrying out an evaluation of the mental health needs of patients and establishing a diagnosis and a plan of treatment. Informing the patient and his/her relatives about the possible consequences of the illness and the drug treatment to follow, and referring patients to other health professionals whenever necessary, to provide the most appropriate treatment and improve the patient's condition
• Implementing the Sexual Gender Based Violence (SGBV) protocol, identifying possible victims of SGBV, and referring them to the medical team so that they receive the necessary treatment.
• Providing psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, group) to patients according to MSF protocols to improve their mental health conditions
• Assisting and training staff members and resourceful people whenever necessary to enhance the scope of MH activities. Working in close collaboration with translators to ensure appropriate terminology and behavior during sessions
• Collecting statistical and monitoring data about mental health activities
• Informing the supervisor and the medical team about any issues or problems that may arise related to patients’ treatment to provide the best possible solution from a medical perspective
• Ensuring that all patient information is kept confidential.

Specific Accountabilities for the Role:

• Close collaboration with the other services within the clinic to enhance the care of our patients, especially in the MHGAP.
• Identify and refer clients (internal referrals) requiring other services available in the clinic, and receive referrals from other services.
• Identify cases requiring external referrals and communicate with the supervisor.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation during consultation for reporting purposes.
• Participate in trainings/meetings as requested by the supervisor or Mental Health Activity Manager.
• Ensure availability during supervision to improve technical capacity and skills.
• Respect the IPC and waste segregation according to the MSF protocol.
• Be sensitive about the culture of our beneficiaries and consult/collaborate with the intercultural mediator when necessary.

The tasks above are not exhaustive regarding the specificity of MSF and possible evolution that could occur over time through adaptation of the mission. Consequently, other tasks can be assigned to allow the mission to function optimally.

Requirements:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology is essential.
• Experience: Essential 2 years of experience as a clinical psychologist.
• Desirable: Previous experience with MSF or other NGOs.
• Languages: Farsi and English are essential.
• Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel).
