• برگزاری آموزش‌های آنلاین.
• طراحی و تدوین مسیر پیشرفت آموزشی مشاغل بر اساس درختواره شغلی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با برنامه توسعه فردی و نظام‌های پرورش استعداد و کوچینگ.
• تسلط کافی به استاندارد 10015.
• تسلط کافی به مدل شایستگی و نیازسنجی آموزشی بر حسب شایستگی.
• آشنایی با نیازسنجی آموزشی بر اساس شغل و شاغل به منظور تعیین نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان.
• مسلط به ارزیابی موثر برنامه‌های آموزشی و فنون و ابزارهای ارزیابی آموزشی.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های نیازسنجی مانند دیکوم.

Familiarity with personal development program and talent development and coaching systems
Sufficient mastery of standard 10015
Sufficient mastery of competency model, educational needs assessment based on competency
Familiarity with educational needs assessment based on job and employee in order to determine needs Training of employees
Mastering the effective evaluation of educational programs and educational evaluation techniques and tools
Familiarity with needs assessment models such as DICOM
Conducting online training
Designing and compiling the educational progress path of jobs based on the career tree
