### شرح وظایف:

- تحلیل و ارزیابی ساختار سازمانی و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه‌سازی
- همکاری با مدیرعامل در تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های توسعه سازمانی
- مدیریت و مشاوره در زمینه تغییرات سازمانی و بهبود فرآیندها
- ارتقاء فرهنگ سازمانی و توسعه منابع انسانی
- ارائه مشاوره در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی و بهبود عملکرد کارکنان

### شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت، منابع انسانی یا توسعه سازمانی
- حداقل 7 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط
- توانایی تدوین استراتژی‌های توسعه و بهینه‌سازی سازمانی
- مهارت در مدیریت تغییرات و فرهنگ‌سازی در سازمان
- تسلط به مدیریت منابع انسانی و فرآیندهای ارزیابی عملکرد

- تفکر استراتژیک و مهارت در حل مسئله
- توانایی ارتباط موثر و همکاری با مدیران ارشد
- آشنایی با جدیدترین روش‌های توسعه و مدیریت سازمانی
