شرح شغل:
- مشارکت در انجام کلیۀ مراحل جذب، استخدام و آنبوردینگ و جامعه‌پذیری همکاران جدید.
- تهیه و تدوین و به‌روزرسانی شناسنامه مشاغل.
- تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌هایی با هدف افزایش رضایت شغلی، تعلق سازمانی و بهبود انگیزش کارکنان.
- آماده‌سازی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل نظرسنجی‌های منابع انسانی مانند رضایت شغلی، مشارکت کارکنان و غیره.
- تهیه و ارائه گزارشات مورد نیاز منابع‌انسانی.
- مشارکت در تدوین و اجرای امور رفاهی و انگیزشی پرسنل.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
- حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
- خدمت سربازی: پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائم.
- آشنایی کلی با فرآیندهای منابع انسانی اعم از جذب، آموزش، انگیزش و ارزیابی عملکرد.
- آشنایی با مایکروسافت آفیس.
- آشنایی با مفهوم مربی‌گری و منتورینگ.
- آشنایی با تدوین مدل شایستگی.
- آشنایی با تدوین مسیر شغلی کارکنان.
- آشنایی با فرایند مدیریت استعدادها.
- آشنایی با تدوین برنامه توسعه فردی (IDP).
