ما به دنبال فردی هستیم که علاوه‌بر شناخت فرآیندهای منابع انسانی، توانایی راه‌اندازی، اجرا و پایش سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد را داشته باشد و بتواند در کنار آن فرآیندهای آموزش، جذب و نگهداشت منابع انسانی را همراهی و اجرا کند.
مسئولیت‌ها
طراحی، اجرا و پایش نظام ارزیابی عملکرد
تحلیل نتایج ارزیابی و ارائه گزارش به مدیریت
همکاری در نیازسنجی آموزشی و تدوین برنامه‌های توسعه فردی
تجزیه و تحلیل مشاغل و به‌روزرسانی شرح شغل‌ها
مشارکت در فرآیند جذب و مصاحبه نیروها
هماهنگی و تعامل نزدیک با واحدهای مختلف سازمان در اجرای فرآیندها
شرایط احراز
حداقل 4 سال تجربه مرتبط در منابع انسانی
تجربه اجرای حداقل یک چرخه کامل ارزیابی عملکرد
آشنایی با مدل‌های KPI، شایستگی‌های رفتاری و OKR
تسلط به Excel
آشنایی با آموزش و توسعه
مهارت ارتباطی بالا
In order to develop and strengthen the human resources team, DeLonghi and Miguel invites capable people interested in organizational growth to cooperate. We are looking for someone who, in addition to knowing human resources processes, has the ability to set up, implement and monitor the performance evaluation system, and can accompany and implement the processes of training, attracting and retaining human resources.
Responsibilities
Design, implementation and monitoring of the performance evaluation system
Analysis Evaluation results and reporting to management
Cooperation in training needs assessment and formulation of individual development plans
Job analysis and job description update
Participation in the recruitment and interview process
Coordination and close interaction with different units of the organization in the implementation of processes
Qualification conditions
At least 4 years of related experience in human resources
Experience in implementing at least one complete evaluation cycle Performance
Familiar with KPI models, behavioral competencies and OKR
Mastery of Excel
Familiar with training and development
High communication skills
