• ارائه خدمات پشتیبانی زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات، پشتیبانی نرم‌افزاری، سخت‌افزاری و رفع مشکلات مربوطه.
• تعامل با کارکنان جهت شناسایی و رفع مشکلات سامانه‌های سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری.
• نصب نرم‌افزارها و تجهیزات.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مباحث زیرساخت شبکه.
• آشنا با Active Directory.
• آشنا با سرویس‌های Microsoft.
• آشنایی با میکروتیک.
• آشنا با سیستم‌های تلفنی VoIP.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
