Responsibilities: Responding to Input Calls and Tracking Outgoing Calls
Register Customer Information and Customer Requests in CRM
Continuous Coordination with Organization Units to Tracking User needs and requests
Identification of needs, providing solutions for these needs and solving users' complaints and criticisms.
Director Director: Support team manager.
Subsidiaries: 0.
Experimental contract duration: 6 months.
Business Days: Saturday to Thursday (Three weeks of night shifts and telecommunications- one week of morning and in-person shifts)
Working hours: from 15 pm to 22:00 (morning shift from 9pm).
