به عنوان مدیر تأمین منابع مالی، شما یکی از ارکان کلیدی تحقق این چشمانداز خواهید بود. ما به دنبال افراد جوان، باهوش، متخصص، باانگیزه، دقیق و نتیجهگرا با توانایی برقراری ارتباطات اثربخش و حرفهای هستیم تا در فضای پویا و در حال شکلگیری این هلدینگ توسعهای، به عنوان یک بازوی فکری و مدیریتی قدرتمند ایفای نقش کنند.
مأموریت شما، طراحی و هدایت راهبردهای پیچیده تأمین مالی برای توسعه کسبوکارهای موجود در حوزههای راهسازی، ساختمانی و طلا و همچنین راهاندازی و توسعه نهادهای مالی جدید (مانند سبدگردان، لیزینگ و صندوقهای سرمایهگذاری) خواهد بود. شما پل ارتباطی میان عملیات و بازارهای سرمایه خواهید بود و مستقیم در خلق ارزش و شکلدهی آینده هلدینگ مشارکت دارید.
وظایف و مسئولیتهای کلیدی
• طراحی و اجرای راهبرد تأمین مالی: تدوین برنامههای جامع تأمین مالی برای توسعه پرتفوی شرکت با استفاده از ابزارهایی مانند انتشار اوراق صکوک، تشکیل صندوقهای سرمایهگذاری و جذب سرمایهگذاران نهادی.
• مدیریت فرآیند عرضه اوراق بهادار: هدایت کامل فرآیند اخذ مجوز از سازمان بورس و هماهنگی با شرکتهای تأمین سرمایه و موسسات رتبهبندی.
• مدلسازی مالی و تحلیل ساختار: انجام مدلسازی مالی پیشرفته برای پروژهها و طرحهای توسعه کسبوکار.
• مذاکره و روابطسازی: انعقاد قرارداد و مذاکره با بانکها، نهادهای مالی داخلی و بینالمللی.
• نظارت بر گزارشدهی و انطباق: اطمینان از رعایت کامل کلیه مقررات بازار سرمایه.
• همکاری بینبخشی: همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای برنامهریزی و عملیاتی در راستای اهداف توسعه هلدینگ.
شرایط احراز و تجربه مورد نیاز
• تحصیلات: حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشتههای مالی، حسابداری، اقتصاد یا مدیریت مالی.
• سابقه کار: حداقل 8 تا 10 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط و مستند در یکی از زمینههای زیر:
o دپارتمان مالی هلدینگها، شرکتهای سرمایهگذاری یا توسعهای
o شرکتهای تأمین سرمایه با سابقه در ساختاردهی و عرضه اوراق
o بخش مالی شرکتهای بزرگ بورسی.

About your role, impact and our holding
We are setting up Azad Gostar Asia Petro Energy Industries Development Holding (public shares) and we are looking to complete our management team in the process of transforming it into a leading stock market financial institution.
As the Director of Funding, you will be one of the key pillars of realizing this vision. We are looking for young, smart, expert, motivated, accurate and result-oriented people with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to play a role as a powerful intellectual and management arm in the dynamic and developing environment of this development holding.
Your mission will be to design and lead complex financing strategies for the development of existing businesses in the fields of road construction, construction and gold, as well as the launch and development of new financial institutions (such as portfolio management, leasing and investment funds). You will be the bridge between operations and capital markets and directly participate in creating value and shaping the future of the holding.
Key duties and responsibilities
• Designing and implementing the financing strategy: developing comprehensive financing plans for the development of the company's portfolio using tools such as issuing sukuk bonds, forming investment funds and attracting institutional investors.
• Management of the securities supply process: fully directing the process of obtaining a license from the stock exchange organization and coordination with capital companies and rating institutions.
• Financial modeling and structure analysis: performing advanced financial modeling for projects and business development plans.
• Negotiation and relationship building: concluding contracts and negotiating with banks, domestic and international financial institutions.
• Monitoring reporting and compliance: ensuring full compliance with all capital market regulations.
• Interdepartmental cooperation: close cooperation with planning and operational units in line with the holding's development goals.
Qualifications and experience required
• Education: At least a master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or financial management.
• Work experience: at least 8 to 10 years of relevant and documented work experience in one of the following fields:
o Financial department of holdings, investment or development companies
o Funding companies with experience in structuring and offering bonds
o Financial department of large listed companies.
