• برقراری ارتباطات مؤثرو مذاکره اثربخش با تامین‌کنندگان با هدف ایجاد یک توافق مناسب در قالب سیاست‌های سازمان و اطمینان از پایندی آن‌ها به توافق و تحویل به موقع اقلام خریداری شده.
