• تدوین سیاست‌های مالی شرکت برای اطمینان از حرکت در راستای اهداف سازمانی.
• طراحی ساختارهای مالی و کنترل داخلی به‌منظور تضمین شفافیت مالی و پیشگیری از ریسک‌های اقتصادی.
• مدیریت جریان‌های نقدی و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های شرکت برای حفظ پایداری مالی و افزایش بهره‌وری منابع.
• نظارت بر تهیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی، بودجه‌ای و پیش‌بینی‌ها به‌منظور پشتیبانی از تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیریت ارشد.
• برقراری تعامل مؤثر با نهادهای مالی، حسابرسان و سازمان‌های مالیاتی برای رعایت الزامات قانونی و کاهش ریسک‌های مالیاتی.
• پایش مستمر عملکرد مالی سازمان و ارائه تحلیل‌های مقایسه‌ای به‌منظور شناسایی فرصت‌های بهبود و اصلاح ساختار هزینه‌ها
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم مالی شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مالی، حسابداری یا مدیریت.
• حداقل 8 سال تجربه مرتبط در سطح مدیریت.
• تسلط کامل بر اصول حسابداری، گزارشگری مالی و بودجه‌ریزی.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و استانداردهای مالی.
• مهارت بالا در تحلیل صورت‌های مالی و تصمیم‌گیری راهبردی.
• تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی و اکسل پیشرفته.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم‌های مالی و چندوظیفه‌ای.
• برخورداری از قدرت مذاکره، دقت بالا و نگرش حل مسئله.
